Polaris Industries began experiencing issues as early as 2015 and have since identified over 450,000 Polaris recall off-road vehicles. These products, such as RZRs, Turbos, Rangers, Slingshots, Generals, and snowmobiles have been issued a Polaris recall and deemed “thermal hazards”- a term used to convey the surprising tendency of vehicles to spontaneously combust. With these fires, owners have experienced undue expense, damages, and injuries.
Based on your experience with your Polaris recall vehicle, there may be remedies or compensation to pursue. At Van Norman Law, we can meet with you and fully evaluate your individual case to provide a recommendation on legal action. If negligence was evident, we will pursue the full legal remedy that you deserve.
